Gramicci owner Mike Graham had been climbing in Yosemite through the 70s and it was in this period that he, along with a few other climbers, ascended the Half Dome climb in Yosemite, inanely giving themselves Italian names; Graham became Gramicci and it stuck.

Gramicci Gadget Pant Deep Green
£120.00
A long lost Gramicci classic, the Gadget Pants were first designed back in the early 90s as the ultimate utility trousers. Sitting somewhere between climbing pants and painter pants, they’re seriously useful—those contrasting canvas pockets extend from the front around to the back for unparalleled haulage, whilst that extra webbing strip above the right pocket is prime for keeping keys, carabiners or water bottles right where you need ‘em.
As for the shape, these are a touch shorter in the leg than the G-Pants and the Jam Pants (although not quite as short as the Cropped NN Pants or the Loose Tapered Pants), but feature the widest hem of the bunch, for a relaxed, straight-legged shape. If you’re searching for a more minimal alternative to cargo or carpenter pants, then these might just be what you’re after.
